Shipping Policy

Each product page in our store shows when we expect the product to ship. Refer to the Ordering Information section located under the product details for the latest information.

Please note that our products are often delivered from different fulfillment centers.

When Will My Order Arrive?

  • Standard Shipping can take 5-8 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
  • Expedited Shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for expedited shipping.
  • Priority Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for priority shipping.

We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.

Holiday Shipping Information: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes the fastest shipping method at checkout.

General Shipping

  • We are able to ship anywhere within the United States and internationally. More information on international shipping can be found here.
  • Orders generally ship Monday through Friday.
  • Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
  • We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

International Shipping

  • We do offer international shipping to most countries around the world, however, certain items do not qualify for international shipping. Please visit the product page to check qualifications.
  • Some countries that we are unfortunately not able to ship to at this time are: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Myanmar, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, Ecuador and Cuba.
  • Please note that you are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties required in your location at checkout and/or upon delivery. See Ordering Policy for more info on taxes.
  • Certain products are available to ship from distribution centers outside of the United States, allowing for optimized shipping based on your shipping address. Those products will show a lower shipping cost than the products which are only available to ship from the United States.
  • For all orders shipped from the US to the country of destination, please allow an additional 3-4 business days for delivery. This time frame does not include any time spent clearing customs.
  • Due to shipping regulations, international shipments may change carriers upon clearing customs and be delivered by a last mile carrier that is different from the original carrier when the order first shipped.
  • Orders shipping internationally do not qualify for any free shipping promotions.

Tracking

An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please note that some carriers ship without tracking information. You will not receive tracking information until the order is out for local delivery. Some products are shipped using carriers that utilize multiple carriers. Tracking information will indicate that a package has been handed off to a different carrier for last mile or local delivery. Please refer to the tracking information provided for your order for additional tracking information. During holidays, some carriers elect to not scan packages at shipping checkpoints until they are out for delivery. This may result in tracking information not showing on carrier tracking websites until closer to delivery.

Address Changes

We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.

Shipping Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

APO/FPO Shipping

We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following:

  • The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".
  • The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".
  • The country must be the United States.
  • You must enter your zip code.
  • Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

Please note that orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.
